What is our WHY? What is your WHY?

OUR WHY

What was the impetus for establishing ERTIA UNLIMITED?

Perhaps, primarily, because a “Slow Processer” from Appalachia with outsized ambition and aspirations couldn’t bear to be left behind … and became determined to codify the elements necessary to move ahead.

AND …

… because it all-too-soon became glaringly evident that too many high school students are not job-ready, college-ready or life-ready, too many college students are not career-ready, too many businesses can’t find qualified employees, and too many elite jobs are having to be filled by foreign nationals – all while the greatest Democracy in the world has too many homeless, hapless and helpless “unqualified” citizens who have no idea how they got there or how to get OUT.

YOUR WHY

Unfortunately, Human Nature being what it is … as in “we’d simply rather NOT if we don’t HAVE TO” … and, when pressed, we’d much rather beat around the bush trying to “Beat the System” and see how much we can get away with … entirely misses the point of BEING FULLY IN THE GAME … fully VESTED in achieving our true human potential.

The LAW OF INERTIA was a pivotal consideration:

“Anything not underway tends never to get there
unless or until imposed upon
by a force of sufficient magnitude
to get it going.”

In way too many places there was evidence that INERTIA was nullifying the incredible powers of “Mental Combustion” – such as DREAMS, Sense of PURPOSE, GOAL-TENDING, PASSION, Sense of MISSION, INSPIRATION and ASPIRATION – and that such were being categorically short-circuited, misdirected and usurped by contravening forces. The flip-side of all of this, of course, is that:

“Mental energy is the most dynamic force in the universe,
if it can be effectively harnessed and productively engaged.”

The dual payoff is that once MENTAL ENERGY is unleashed, it creates MOMENTUM, and:

“Momentum is the only thing that will overcome the stand-off
between an irresistible force and an immoveable object.”

In sum and in short, ERTIA UNLIMITED was developed to help overcome the LAW OF INERTIA* … to help GET YOU GOING and KEEP YOU GOING.

*Inertia defined: a tendency to do nothing or to remain unchanged.
